- What is the rental returns (yield) of the property?
- What are the vacancy rates in the area (any rental guarantees)?
- Proximity to amenities (schools, hospitals, shops, transport, etc.)
- What are the demographics in the medium to long term?
- Economics: employment, infrastructure spending, local industry etc.
- Macroeconomic drivers in the medium to long term
